Yea, I love how this typical Asian-American female reporter (apparently) ONLY reports on the worst, most negative news she can drum up in China. Instead of reporting good and bad news in PROPORTION to how they actually occur IRL there. Like a real JOURNALIST, not another anti-Sino

FWIW, if you watch the nightly news in the US, it's all pretty negative stuff, too...not just about China, but overall. Negative news and sensationalized stories tends to get higher ratings...

Yes, negative news is still news.

But, American news consistently show videos of US troops coming home and surprise reaction of family re-united.

Both sides of America is represented.

News of "Bad Guy" China always float to the top.

So, I'm hearing from Chinese people that Melissa Chan actually never breaks any news or investigates anything. She only echo local Chinese news but only report the negative news back to western audience.

I'm sure a lot of us on this forum could do this job. But we're not women Razz

Glorified translator/spinner.

I'm getting sick of seeing all the Asian women reporters in the western media. Not just those based in china or reporting on china. But in general. Have most of the Asian men reporters quit or what.
Here's another one with all the same usual suspects. So, stop me if you've already heard this one before... Laughing

Asian-American, anti-Sino, liberal female "reporter" Emily Chang, live from GUANGZHOU, purposely cherry-picks out another "Yellow Peril porn" segment from the most notoriously barbaric region of China to dehumanize Chinese people in general and generate the most hatred for China possible from Western audiences.

Her reward is a pat on the head as an "obediant Confucian servant" from her Jewish overlords and if she's lucky, maybe even get a spin on their cut dreidels..

Keep in mind that CNN is the same network that Rick Sanchez got fired for observing that it's run by Jews...

They all want to be Connie Chung. They will do ANYTHING to score a white man. There is a whole army of them now. I can't wait until they have to report that China just deep-sixed America's entire fleet of aircraft carriers for not minding their own business. THAT is going to be funny.

You can see it. All the make-up, all the hair. The studied TV reporter voice, lower in register, slightly twangy: "This just in. A tragic day for America. Apparently, all twelve aircraft carriers of the US navy, stationed in the East China Sea, next to Japan, were destroyed by Chinese ASBMs this morning. They were there to ensure a steady stream of Asian women for the personal gratification of white men around the world. Now, sadly, they are gone . . ."
