What do you mean by that? You expect them to be taking photos with each other because you thought they knew each other and were supposed to meet after the skating?
Now you are saying you don't fuking know if the knew each other?
Kim Yuna left by intermission after her performance in the first half of the show.
Yao Ming did stayed behind and those 2 Canadian figure skaters even have dinner and photos with him and Ye Li, and they did not know each other before.
And Yao Ming used to be quite friendly and would agree to take photos with fans if they asked him. Just like this one.

For those who followed YMM, we all know Yao Ming had picked up his new hobby/sport, and i.e. Golf since his retirement.
But how well he could play now?? No one knows.
But in 4 months' time, we might get a glimpse of how he plays.
Yao Ming had been picked as the Charity Ambassador for the 2nd bi-annual 2012 Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am Game to be held October 19 ~ 21 this year in Mission Hills, Haikou of Hainan Island.
The Yao Ming Foundation and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) will be charitable beneficiaries of this year's event.
He attended Mission Hills Group press conference today.
This year's 2012 Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am Game, like the inaugural one, will feature many famous professionals, celebrities and movie stars from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the world, as listed in the official press release below.
During the press conference, Yao Ming told the reporters the following:
- He asked his fans not to expect too much out of him, as he had only played golf mostly in driving ranges and on and off for 2 months only after his tailored golf set arrived.
- He asked the organizers of the 2012 Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am Game to reserve the last place for him in the individual competition.
- He said golf had at least one advantage over playing basketball. There is only one ball for the 10 players on court to chase and fight for in basketball, while in golf, everyone has his/her own ball.
- He said he had been practicing his swing and putt and had been struggling to master the game; but he found golf can bring back memories of his basketball learning days in the sport academy, and that is, as difficult and hard the game is, all he needed is persistence and hard work to improve and refine his skills, just like when he first learnt how to play basketball.
- He also said golf is also like doing charity/philanthropic work; it requires persistence and self-motivation to drive oneself no matter how difficult and hard the process is.
- When reporters told him that he is getting very fat, Yao Ming quipped that he is only at the normal weight of a man of his massive size. He then said then his fans should now know how hard he had been in his diet control when he was a professional player trying to be in constant shape and form. He joked if golf can help him to control his weight, then it should give him more motivation to play golf more.
- He joked that since 2012 Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am Game will be held in mid October, he might have to ask his parents to sign a leave request for him to be submitted to the Shanghai Jiaotong University or esle he would be seen as quitting classes.

Shanghai, China (June 20): Superstar celebrities will line up alongside sporting legends and renowned golfers in October’s World Celebrity Pro-Am at Mission Hills Golf Club in Haikou.
Among the big-name attractions are former NBA star Yao Ming, who will be the event’s Charity Ambassador; Brazilian football superstar Ronaldo; Chinese gymnast and international businessman Li Ning; former world number one snooker player Stephen Hendry and past Masters champion Ian Woosnam.
Others who have confirmed their attendance include famous film directors Feng Xiaogang and He Ping and film actors Wang Zhiwen, Chen Tao-ming, Zhang Guoli, Sun Nan, Leon Lai, Coco Lee, Charlie Young, Simon Yam and Michelle Chen.
Speaking in Shanghai today, Dr Ken Chu, Chairman and CEO of Mission Hills Group, said, “We firmly believe that the World Celebrity Pro-Am will take golf to a new level, not just in China but across the region. But this event is about more than golf. What we’re doing is creating general entertainment for people, so whether you’re into golf, football, acting or just watching celebrities, there’s going to be something for you.
“At Mission Hills we’ve always been committed to promoting international understanding through large-scale cultural and sporting events and the World Celebrity Pro-Am certainly follows this formula.”
Mission Hills also announced the formation of a tournament celebrity committee which, among other things, will be responsible for the event’s charitable activities. Committee members are Dr Ken Chu; golfing legend Greg Norman; former Chairman of CITIC Group and Vice Chairman of the China Golf Association, Wang Jun; Liu Changle, Chairman and CEO of Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings; Chairman of the Hong Kong Ocean Park Group and Lan Kwai Fong Group, Allan Zeman; Chinese film directors Feng Xiaogang and He Ping; Chinese gymnast Li Ning; Hong Kong actor Eric Tsang and Sina CEO Charles Chao. The Yao Ming Foundation and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) will be charitable beneficiaries of the event.
Former World Cup winner Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima, ex-FIFA Player of the Year and the highest scorer in World Cup history, is known simply as ‘Ronaldo’ around the world. Speaking about the forthcoming event, he said: “I enjoy golf very much and playing at the World Celebrity Pro-Am at Mission Hills will be great fun. I’m really looking forward to coming to China and playing on Hainan Island.”
The tournament was first staged in 2010 and has already become one of the region`s leading lifestyle and entertainment events. This year, it will adopt a new tournament format to make it more entertaining and fun. The professional golfers will compete for a prize purse of US$1 million. Mission Hills Group will confirm more participating golfers and celebrities in the coming months. |

Former basketball star will try to give new sport a shot at pro-am
As Yao Ming teed off on the stage of a luxury hotel in Shanghai on Wednesday, the former NBA center took on yet another job - charity ambassador of a celebrity pro-am golf tournament.
Although he ended his professional career last July, the basketball legend still assumes a number of roles including father of a 2-year-old girl, founder of his namesake foundation, an undergraduate at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and even a member of the standing committee of Shanghai's political advisory body.
But the 31-year-old disclosed on Wednesday that he has recently found himself addicted to golf, and he will compete with other big names at the Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am in Hainan province in October.
"There are many things that basketball could learn from golf. For one thing, each golfer has his own ball, and they don't need to scramble for it like basketball," the former Houston Rockets center said during his address.
"I am a totally fresh hand in golf and just began to learn how to play it. Golf is a good experience, and it brings back fond memories of when I was strong-minded and determined to go on the path when I started to learn basketball in my childhood."
Yao said golf has many similarities with charity.
"Both might not run smoothly, and present many obstacles to overcome," he said. "In both sectors we need to brave the difficulties and continue to advance toward the goal."
Yao said he hopes golf will help him keep fit, as he has been struggling to control his weight since retirement.
"If golf proves useful in weight control, I will persist with it," he said.
This year's tournament features a long list of big names. The host - the Mission Hills Group, a pioneer in China's fledging hospitality, sports and leisure industry - is trying to enlist more stars in the coming months.
The tournament has confirmed Brazilian soccer star Ronaldo, Chinese gymnast and international businessman Li Ning, former World No 1 snooker player Stephen Hendry, former Masters champion Ian Woosnam, and a number of Chinese celebrities including film director Feng Xiaogang and actors Eric Tsang and Simon Yam.
But Yao, arguably the biggest attraction, said he wasn't confident about playing against other stars, some of who have been golfing for years.
"I am afraid I will have to select the weakest one if I have to choose a single player to confront," Yao told China Daily after the ceremony. "But I am not sure who is the weakest one now - I will find out on the course. I will practice during summer break and try to catch up with them."
His school work doesn't leave much time for golf. Yao has reportedly been performing poorly in school, with math his biggest headache.
On Wednesday, Yao declined to talk about his performance, saying only that he has completed his freshman year and enjoyed the summer break.
"You can ask my teachers about my scores," he said.

Jao Tsung-I 饶宗颐 one of the most internationally famous Chinese scholars was in Shanghai for the opening ceremony of his Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibition at the Shanghai Arts Museum.
Jao Tsung-I is 95 years old now; he is a most versatile Chinese scholar, poet, calligrapher and painter that had contributed to every field of humanities, including Dunhuang studies, oracle studies, archaeology, epigraphy, literature, philology, musicology and history. He had lived in Hong Kong since 1949. Currently he lives in Hong Kong and is the Wei Lun Honorary Professor of Fine Arts and Emeritus Professor of Chinese Language and Literature at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was a recipient of the 2011 Grand Bauhinia Medal, the highest honor bestowed onto Hong Kong citizen and also he had a minor planet/star denominated after his name as "Jao Tsung-i Star" back in October 2011 (On July 17, 2011, the International Astronomical Union approved the denomination of the minor planet with a code of 10017, discovered by the Purple Mountain Observatory in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, as "Jao Tsung-i Star" ).
There was a welcome dinner reception last night at the Xijiao State Guest Hotel in Shanghai. Yao Ming and Ye Li were there to show their respect to the Great Master. Jao Tsung-I and Yao Ming shook hands, chatted and took photos together. Jao Tsung-I told the reporters that he is excited to meet with Yao Ming and praised Yao Ming as the pride of Chinese people.
