    The Beijing Aoshen Olympians team is still entertaining thoughts of Sun Yue latching on to a NBA team.

good to see that the Beijing Aoshen Olympians,
    realizing Sun's skills, against NBA competition, pale in comparision with such scrubs as Coby Karl;
      Sun's subterranean 11% shooting proficiency from the outside vs.
      Coby's Karl's abysmal 33%,
have finally come to their senses.

    nice aggressive inside plays (albeit against inferior competition, Matador D );
had Sun Yue been able to muster the courage to attempt these plays during his short stint in the NBA, arguably, he would have shot better than 11%

The NBA defense, in shutting off the inside shots, effectively dared the skinning rail to shoot from the outside where his proficiency was in question. Sun Yue corroborated by shooting 11%, 1 for 9. the 2 layups that Sun got were the result of blown assignements in loose ball situations.
    While in the NBA, the skinny rail never attempted to drive inside
    (all his 9 shot attempts were from the outside; 2 layups that
    resulted from scrambling for loose balls) Exclamation
      which sealed his fate, his undispiclined D didn't help matters

After their 1st defeat, the Danes started to double-team Sun Yue and tried to reduce/control the damage he did to them.

But the Beijing Aoshen Olympians still torn them apart, and thrashed them by 110 ~ 88 again.

Scoring wise, Sun Yue was not scoring as much as previous game....only 6 points. But he provided 9 assists to facilitate his team mates in offense, and had 4 rebounds/3 block shots/3 steals to contribute in his team defense. 6 points/4 rebounds/9 assists/3 block shots/3 steals.

Jamel Staten: 29 points/8 rebounds; Jin Xin: 25 points/4 assists. Sheldon Pace: 19 points/7 assists; Li Wei: 11 points/4 rebounds; Zhang Songtao: 6 points/7 rebounds; Haywood: 12 points/5 rebounds.

It will be Sun Yue's 24th birthday on December 6.

But as the Beijing Aoshen Olympians need to play against the Swedish champion, Uppsala Basket on December 5 and 6, so his fans pre-celebrated his birthday for him yesterday in Chengdu.
