Good match. Solid defensive organization and effort against what is considered the best team in the world in their own ground. Thought china could hold on for a draw but iniesta is just too good a player to not make an impact. But the best thing is the south Koreans got thumped by Spain 4 goals in the last match. Lol. |

zheng zhi missed a wide open goal  china also lucked out on some shots hitting the bar. hope they dont choke again for qatar. |

losing 0-1 against the #1 ranked team in the world is impressive. but until China can beat small countries like Iraq and Jordan to get into the next round of World Cup Qualifiers, this is a moot point.
It's just hard to believe small countries like Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar still have a chance to qualify for the World Cup and China does not.
That's like saying you pick the best soccer player out of 100,000 Chinese and pick 1 Jordanian, that one Jordanian is more likely to be a better soccer player.
It just doesn't make sense in a country where soccer is #1 |
