| Basketball is basically the only sport I play now. My team play in tournaments... We do okay... always get 2nd or 3rd place, but never 1st lol. I'm the captain, but not the best player on the team. We have a blk dude with long ***** ape-like arms and a chinese pg dood that used to be on a provincial youth team. I think he told me one of the national team players, He DaJun or some bullsh!t, played on that team too. |

| I'm curious what others here do for exercise? I mainly do bicep curls with a 45 lb dumbbell. I also do bench presses , military presses with a 60 lb barbell. |

45 lb 1 arm curls and 60 lb barbell for military press is not really in balance. The Military press is usually x2 or more what you do for curls.
As for myself,
Sh1tty Knee hurts after Basketball. Getting too old, now I only workout and paddle for dragonboat.
I might start playing ball again after dragonboat season in September. |
