<  Non-Yao stuff  ~  Who here plays basketball regularly

more specific. I put my right foot like 1 meter in front of my left foot, turn my body sideways a little. bend my knees a little, jump and launch the ball.

second you really dont want to be using your buff arms. legs for distance and and wrist to aim. like a golf swing you dont want too many moving parts for consistency.

When you're on the court, you're not stuffing your face with food. Therefore you're losing fat.

I would like to play more Ball, but my knee has been feeling much better because I don't.

Just think of durant but I put my left foot further back and don't jump as high during the shot.

I also got good endurance. I can play 4 -5 hours at a time. I play for 90 minutes then rest for 15 minutes drink lots of water/sports drinks. Then play for 60 to 90 more minutes.

Awesome this game is looking greater than ever. Sorry Malorkayel, busted knee means u get the no ball team so you'll be feeding passes to superjohn who I'd assume'll be showing off his awesome dunks he's described in the past.


Anyway since we're calling out our players, and ko_xinga gets to be KD, I call dibs on Muggsy Bogues.
