What is the point of a post like this? Your broad sweeping comment does not speak for everyone.

I'm not a huge Yi fan, but I did not know this.

Thanks for the info, r11.Smile

Yi Jianlian was probably injured in the game against Russia. These Russians should be scolded about this behavior.

YEAH, these posts were funny, PARTICULARLY that comment of superMoronicJean that the Russians should be scolded about their behavior.

Then I guess, Spain, Australia, Russia, Brazil, Great Britain should all apologize to China for thrashing them so hard (average losing margin of 25+ points) that China was bundled out of the Final 8 without a single win, a "feat" that had not happened to CNT for 20 years since the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, and eventually finished #12 out of 12 participating teams.

As for Yi Jianlian, personally don't think the MCL sprain he picked up in the game vs Russia is VERY SEVERE OR ELSE he would not have been able to play in the final game with Great Britain and still finished with a double-double of 10 points/14 rebounds/3 assists and 3 block shots.
